Where We Ship

We ship to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and select European countries.


Pre-Order Fulfilment

Some items may be available on a pre-order basis due to limited launch stock or high demand. If your item is a pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page at checkout.

Pre-order items are reserved immediately after purchase and shipped once our next shipment arrives.

Estimated dispatch time for pre-order items: 2–4 weeks (unless otherwise stated).


Order Processing

For in-stock items, orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow:

  • 5–15 business days for delivery (depending on location)

Delivery timeframes may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, and peak seasonal periods.


Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.


Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (including USA, UK, and Europe), your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.


Returns & Return Shipping

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within this period (subject to our return policy conditions).

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns

  • We cover return shipping only in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels
