30-day refund policy

We offer refunds on all HOMEBODI projector orders within 30 days of the delivery date. If you're not completely satisfied — whether it's not what you expected, it arrived damaged, or it simply isn't right for you — we're here to help.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories
  • The product has not been intentionally damaged or misused
  • You have your order number handy when contacting us
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect

Once we receive and confirm your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

12-month warranty

After the 30-day return period, your HOMEBODI projector is protected by our 12-Month Limited Warranty.

If your projector develops a manufacturing fault, stops functioning as intended under normal use, or experiences a hardware-related issue, we'll provide a replacement unit or suitable solution at no additional cost.

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects and hardware faults
  • Screen, lens, or focus mechanism issues under normal use
  • Connectivity issues involving Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or HDMI functionality
  • Speaker or internal component failure
  • Power, charging, or startup-related faults

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, including drops, liquid exposure, or misuse
  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or incompatible accessories
  • Cosmetic wear and tear from regular use
  • Issues resulting from failure to follow setup, care, or firmware update instructions
  • Loss, theft, or damage caused during improper handling after delivery

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos or short videos may be requested to help us assess the claim and provide the fastest resolution possible.

How to start a claim

Starting a return, refund, or exchange is simple. Contact us at the email below with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For warranty claims, a photo or short video of the fault helps us resolve things faster.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days. Once your claim is approved, we'll provide return instructions and process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

A note on shipping returns

We'll provide you with return shipping details once your claim has been approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Please do not return items without first contacting us — unauthorised returns may not be processed and could delay your claim.
